Sprout Studio is the creation of two busy moms…Ashley Klappholz & Kelly Burgess. We were on a mission during the summer of 2006. With four children between us, ages ranging from 2 months to 2 years, we were desperate to find positive, stimulating activities for our children. We needed a place that
not only catered to the entertainment needs of our children, but also addressed the needs of adults and caregivers. Furthermore, we needed that facility to be open at convenient hours for "come and go" play.
We also longed for a place where we could have some coveted adult conversation knowing that our kids would be safe...should we turn our heads for a moment. Through much thought, help and support from our families and friends our vision for Sprout Studio has become a reality.
We believe that Knoxville is an excellent place to raise children, and we hope to only enhance our community by bringing this concept to your neighborhood. We believe we have thought of everything, but will always be open to suggestions and advice from fellow parents and caregivers.
